With CallHippo’s new release, we have enhanced the filter for reports to make the tasks easier for the user.
You can download the report from the CallHippo Dashboard itself. Below are the steps to follow:
• Login to the CallHippo web(web.callhippo.com) Account
• Navigate to Activity feed from left panel
• You can apply various filter option depending upon your requirements and download the report.
You can also fetch the overview of the number of calls as per your requirement. The process will be as follows:
• Login to the CallHippo web(web.callhippo.com) account
• Go to Call Report from the left panel
• Apply different filters and get the data you need
You can also export the report in for of .xlsx file.
