Introduction to On-Call Notes in CallHippo
On-Call Notes in CallHippo allow agents to add important details during or after a call. These notes help in keeping track of customer interactions, follow-ups, and key discussions. Agents can access and update notes directly within the web application for better communication and record-keeping.
Step 1: Log in to your Callhippo dashboard: https://web.callhippo.com/dashboard
Step 2: Select “Call Logs/Recording” from the left-hand side panel of your dashboard.
Step 3: You will find the last option labeled Recording/Notes in your call logs. Click on the (i) button next to the “Play” button to view the notes associated with the call. You can edit the notes from the web application.

A: Yes, agents can update On-Call Notes even after the call ends by accessing the call logs/Recording and selecting the respective call.
