To change a sub-user's email address in CallHippo, you will need to delete the existing user and re-invite them with the new email address. Follow these steps:

Step 1: Log in to Your CallHippo Dashboard
Visit web.callhippo.com and enter your credentials.
Step 2: Navigate to the 'Users' Section
On the left-hand menu, click on 'Users & Performance'.
From the dropdown, select 'Users'.
Step 3: Select the Existing User
Locate the user whose email address you wish to change.
Click on the 'Blue colour gear' icon next to their E-mail id.
Step 4: Invite the User with the New Email Address
Click on the 'Edit' button.
Enter the new email address of the user.
As soon as the new e-mail id is added Click 'Save' to send an invitation to the new email address.
Step 5: User Sets Up Their Account
The user will receive an email invitation.
They should click on the link provided in the email to verify and set up their account.
The user can then log in to the CallHippo web or mobile app using their new credentials.
