What is Custom Ringing Time?

  1. Log in to your CallHippo account at web.callhippo.com.

  2. Navigate to the ‘Numbers’ section on your dashboard. Click the ‘Settings’ icon next to the number you want to configure.




  3. In the ‘Number Details’ section, go to Other Settings and enable the toggle for ‘Set custom ringing time for incoming calls’.



  4. Click the edit button and set the ringing duration in seconds. The duration can be set between 10 to 60 seconds.

  5. Click the ‘Save’ icon to apply the changes.
