Step 1: Log in to your CallHippo Dashboard https://web.callhippo.com/dashboard
Step 2: Click on "Number and DID" on the left-hand side panel.
Step 3: In the dropdown, choose "Numbers".
Step 4: Click on the “Add Number” button on the right side of the page.
Step 5: Select a country from the provided list.
Step 6: After selecting your country, you will be directed to a new page displaying a list of available phone numbers.
On this page, you'll notice two drop-down menus:
Number Type: Here, you can select between local, mobile, toll-free, or national numbers based on your preference.
Search By: Choose whether to search for a specific number, prefix, or area code. This option allows you to refine your search according to your preferences.
Additionally, there's an option to Enter a prefix, enabling you to search for numbers based on a specific prefix.
Step 7:- Once you've selected the number, a pop-up will appear prompting for confirmation. Simply click on "Continue" to proceed.
The number will be successfully added in your account and you can check the number in the “Number section”.
Note: In some countries, providing an address proof or ID proof for verification is mandatory. Upon submission of the requested documents by the authorized user, our team will proceed with verification to activate your number.
