You can check the user productivity by using the Reports section on the dashboard that will give you an overview of the User status to check the login hours of the users along with their on-call time, break time, idle time, etc.


You can also refer to the Call Status, Abandoned Rate, Outgoing Call, and Call Disposition Report. 


Follow below steps to refer the required reports:


Step 1: Log into your CallHippo account https://web.callhippo.com/dashboard


Step 2: Navigate to “Reports” in the left menu, as shown below in the screenshot.


Step 3: Under “Reports” click on "Call Reports" located to the left of your screen. This will allow you to view a detailed report of all your calls directly from the Dashboard."



Step 4: To access detailed information on the abandonment rate, simply click on the 'Abandonment Rate' tab located at the top of your screen, as illustrated in the accompanying image.



Step 5: Likewise, to obtain an availability report, click on the 'User Status Report' tab, as indicated below.
