CallHippo allows businesses to monitor user productivity with the help of a wide range of data analytics and reports that you can generate from the system.

This data is available in the ‘Call Report’ section, and can be accessed by following these steps:


  1. From your dashboard, click on ‘Call Report’, which you will find to the left of your screen. You will now be able to view a comprehensive report of all your calls on the screen. 




  1. If you’d like to view detailed information on the abandonment rate, you can click on the ‘Abandonment Rate’ tab on the top of your screen, as shown in the image below.



  1. Similarly, you can obtain an availability report by clicking on the ‘Availability Report’ tab as shown below.
