Log in to CallHippo - web.callhippo.com
Go to Users and Performance > Users
Open settings of the user for which you want to update the timezone.
Go to Shift Management. Select the timezone required by editing as highlighted below:
Select the correct time zone from the dropdown.
Click the Save button to apply changes.
For Number Time Zone:
Go to Numbers and DID > Numbers in the left menu.
