Steps to leave feedback for a call:
1. Log in to your CallHippo dashboard.
2. Click on the “Call Logs / Recordings” section visible on the left side of the dashboard.
3. Click the “i” icon next to the call log you want to add feedback for.
4. Click on the Feedback option.
5. Click on the blue colored edit icon to add feedback.
6. Click on the save icon to save the added feedback.
The updated notes have now been saved.

Filter Feedback Calls in Dialer
You can easily identify the calls where users have shared feedback directly from the CallHippo dialer.
Follow these steps to filter and view only the calls with feedback.
1. Log in to your CallHippo dialer.
2. Click on the “Main Menu” icon.
3. Click on the ‘All Calls / Inbox’ option.
4. Click on the ‘Inbox’ tab.
5. Navigate to the three dots on the top right corner of the screen, select ‘Inbox Filter’ and then click on ‘Feedback’.
6. You will now be able to see only those calls for which the feedback has been added (by any user).
7. Click on the arrow icon against the call you want to see the feedback for.
8. Click on the Feedback option.
9. You will be able to see the feedback added.
Note: You can only view the feedback from the CallHippo dialer. To add feedback, you need to do it from the CallHippo dashboard only.
