Step 1: Log into your CallHippo account https://web.callhippo.com/dashboard
Step 2: Once you log in, click on the "Call Logs/ Recording" tab located on the left side panel. Below is the screenshot of your reference.
Step 3: Click on the filter icon, as illustrated below.
Step 4: Once you click on the filter icon, you will be presented with various options to select and filter the calls. After selecting your desired filters, click on "Apply" to proceed.
Step 5: Simply click on the download option, and a pop-up window will appear.
As soon as you download the data, You will receive an email sent to your email address containing the CSV file. From there, you can directly open the CSV file and access the call recording data.
