The Leaderboard feature enables the admin to identify the top performer among all users or teammates based on the number of calls made. The evaluation criterion is straightforward: the user with the highest number of calls is recognized as the best performer.
Step 1: Log into your CallHippo account https://web.callhippo.com/dashboard
Step 2: Once you log in, click on the "USERS & PERFORMANCE" tab located in the left side panel.
Step 3:- Under that dropdown select “Leader Board”
Step 4: In the screenshot below, you'll find the default view of calls made by an agent over a week. You have the option to filter these calls according to your specific requirements.
Step 5: Users have the opportunity to earn badges by meeting their calling targets. The best performer among all users is determined based on the number of calls made, earning them a place on the Leaderboard. Below are the badges users can achieve according to their calling targets:
Sharpshooters Badge: Awarded for reaching 500 calls.
Calling Masters Badge: Awarded for reaching 1500 calls.
The Kings Badge: Awarded for reaching 3000 calls.
Ultimate Champion Badge: Awarded for reaching 5000 calls.
Note:- The Leaderboard displays the top performer among all users, showcasing their achievements through these badges. See the sample images below for an illustration of the best performer on the Leaderboard.
