The Audit Logs section in CallHippo provides a comprehensive record of all user activities and administrative actions performed within your account. It helps the Owner, Admin, and Dashboard User role users of the account to maintain transparency, monitor user behavior, and ensure security by tracking every key action, such as logins, number changes, user additions, and system modifications.
You can easily access the Audit Logs from the Settings menu on your dashboard to review a chronological list of activities, complete with user names, action descriptions, and timestamps. Whether you're verifying login history, tracking number, or user updates, or reviewing system changes, the Audit Logs serve as a central reference point for account accountability.
Note: Audit logs are stored for 90 days. Any log older than that will not be visible to you from the dashboard.
