Audit Logs” section provides a detailed record of activities performed within the account. 

Here’s how to access it:

Step 1: Log in to your CallHippo Dashboard from here: https://web.callhippo.com/dashboard


Step 2: Click on "Settings" in the left sidebar.


Step 3: Navigate to "Settings" in the left sidebar and click on "Audit Logs" to view account user activity. See the screenshot below for reference.




Further below are the  activities that we display in the Audit logs-


  • Admin user signed into the web app.

  • Admin user logged out from web app.

  • Sub-users signed in to the web app.

  • Sub-users logged out from the web app.

  • Number added.

  • Number removed.

  • User added and user removed. 

  • login, logout of every user with time and date.

  • Toggle update in any feature of Number settings.

  • Toggle enabled in any feature of User settings.

  • Credit added and removed.

  • Integration add/remove.

  • Download reports.

  • Values update.

  • Download the Activity Feed.

  • Allocating/deallocating the module rights.

  • Admin users Logged out/signed in from the web dialer.

  • Sub-users Logged/signed in from the web dialer.
