This feature enables you to focus on capturing only the important parts of the conversation and ensures a smooth listening experience with no interruptions.
Step 1: Log in to your CallHippo Dashboard from here: https://web.callhippo.com/dashboard.
Step 2: Go to the "Numbers" section on the dashboard, then click the settings icon, next to the number you want to pause call recording for.
Step 3: Navigate to the "Call Recordings" section, where you will see a toggle as "Allow users to pause/resume recording during the call".
Simply, enable that button to your right-hand side to activate the option.
Step 4: You have now successfully enabled the option to pause recording during any ongoing call on the CallHippo Dialer. You'll notice the "Pause Recording" option directly available on the CallHippo Dialer interface shown below.
Step 5: You can also resume the recording by simply clicking on the "Record Call" option again
Note: Pausing and then restarting the recording ensures a smooth playback. You won't notice any gaps in the recording, making it easy to listen to the entire conversation without interruption.
