Users can tag calls in the notes section by typing “@” for mentioning users and "#" for mentioning custom created tags during the call and the tag will be displayed in the call logs. You can Tag calls from Dialer as shown in the images. The users will get a notification via push notification in the web app when tagged.
While on the call (Incoming/outgoing).
In the notes box, users can tag by type “@” with the name of users, teams.
In the notes box, users can tag by type “#” to get the list of all created tags.
The tagged user will get a notification for being tagged in the call. And the notification will be shown to other users in their dialer app.
And user can click on that notification and will be redirected to call logs.
You can see your tags in the Call Logs/Recording.
Click on the “i” icon.
