Voice broadcast is used to send the voice messages to many clients as per the need. Voice broadcast is voice or telephone messages to hundreds or thousands of call recipients at once. This will be a pre-recorded message. Voice broadcast users can contact targets (whether they be members, subscribers, constituents, employees, or customers) almost immediately.


Steps to enable the Voice Broadcast and run the campaign are as follows-


Step 1: Log in to the Callhippo dialer and click on the Broadcast.




Step 2: In Broadcast, Click on the Campaign.





Step 3: Click on the Add Campaign button.




Step 4: Now enter all the details and click on Save.

Users can send the voice message to the clients and can also initiate the survey to ask any questions from the clients.

Users can write down the message and can upload the recording which they want to send to the clients.

Users can choose the number from which they want to send  the voice message.

Users can attach pre-recorded voices also and can upload it.

Users have to upload the CSV file which needs to be uploaded in the given format.





Upload Contact list from CRM-



- From Import Campaign: Click on the “Upload Contact list from CRM”.




- After selecting the Upload Contact list from CRM”,  you can see the CRM Leadsquared, which is integrated with the callhippo.

- Now you have to click on the Leadsqured.

- Then click on the “Select Triggers action to add contact in campaign”.



- Clicking on it will display the three options in the drop-down, Lead Creation, Lead update, and Lead stage change.



You can select any one of the options from the drop down.


If you have selected the Lead Creation-

After creating the campaign, if the leads are created in the Leadsquared then it will be added to the campaign. And you can check it in the Campaign of the Broadcast. If one lead is created in the Leadsqured then it will show “ 0 out of 1”, if 3 leads are created in the Leadsqured then it will show “0 out of 3” and more in the Campaigns of Broadcast. You can enable the Campaign by enabling the toggle button under Active/Inactive.

Hence, after integrations of Callhippo with the Leadsqured, and campaign has been created then all the new leads created in the Leadsqured will be added in the Broadcast campaign.





If you have selected the Lead Update-

It means that all the leads updated(name, number, email id) in the Leadsqured will be updated in the campaigns.

And the updated leads will be shown in the campaign.



If you have selected the Lead stage change-

The Lead Stage Change to Customer.




If the stage of lead is changed in the Leadsquared then it will be added in the campaign.

You can change the status of the leads in Leadsquared from here.


       And similarly it will be shown in the campaign.





Step 4: Now you can select the two options to send the voice broadcast message.



Rapid Mode- 

If you have selected the rapid mode then the voice message will be sent instantly after activating the campaign.






Schedule Mode-

In scheduled mode you can schedule the date and time for the contact in the Leadsquared when you want to send the voice message.

You can select date and time from Demo Date  in Leadsquared by clicking on the edit button of the contact.




Select Time Interval-

Now if you want to send the voice message before 5 mins, 10 mins, 15 mins …1hr , of the scheduled time then you can choose any one of the time from the drop down.




Now you can activate the campaign to run the campaign.

And if you want to check the activity of the call then you can click on the Activity Feed.






Step 5: There is a separate Activity Feed for the Broadcast. 



Step 6: There is a separate Dashboard for the Broadcast.


In this dashboard users can see how many campaigns they have initiated, total number of calls made and total number of active campaigns.
