Setting Up a Voice Broadcast Campaign in CallHippo:

Follow these steps to create and manage a voice broadcast campaign using CallHippo:

  • Log in to CallHippo:
    Access your account at https://web.callhippo.com/dashboard

  • Navigate to the Broadcast Section:
    Click on the 'Voice Borad cast' option from the top right side.



  • Create a New Campaign:
    Select the 'Campaign' tab. Click on the 'Add Campaign' button.



  • Configure Campaign Details:

    Campaign Message Type: You can select the type as Greeting or Voicemail.
    Name: Assign a unique name to your campaign.
    From Number: You can select the number from which you want to send the message.
    Broadcast  Message: Compose your message by typing it out or uploading a pre-recorded audio file. You can also select the language and voice of a male or female.
    Import Campaign: Upload a CSV/XLXS file containing the phone numbers of your target audience as per the define Template or you can also upload a list from the available CRM. Note : Currently we only offer 3 CRM integration: Lead-squared, Zoho and HubSpot.
    Campaign Description : Write the description of the Campaign which you are targeting.

  • Activate the Campaign:
    Review all settings and activate the campaign by toggling the Active/Inactive switch.

  • Monitor Campaign Performance:
    Activity Feed: Track call activities and responses in real time.


          Dashboard: View comprehensive analytics, including the number of campaigns initiated, total calls made, and active campaigns.
