User condition:-
- If the user is unavailable according to the availability preference i.e. Always Closed.
- If the user has already set up a Custom Availability, and someone calls out of business hours then the call will reach the user’s voicemail.
If the user has themself enabled the Voicemail toggle from the User section then that user will receive voicemails only if the user is unavailable.
If someone is calling during business hours however the user’s web dialer or mobile app is logged out.
Number Condition:-
If the client has set up a Custom Availability for a number and someone calls out of business hours then the call will reach that number as voicemail provided that the user has enabled the After Work Hours feature and set it to voicemail.
- In case someone calls during business hours, and if the Call Queue feature is on and the call is not answered within the queue timeline then the call will reach voicemail given that the user has enabled the numbered voicemail.
- If the user has themself enabled the Voicemail toggle from the number section then that number will receive voicemails.
