Follow the steps given below to use the feature:-

  • Log in to your CallHippo login.

  • Open the Power Dialer option.

  • Click on “ADD CAMPAIGNS”


  • Click on the Download Template link present in front of the Import Campaign CSV section.

  • You’ve now successfully downloaded the excel sheet of the template. On opening the sheet this is what it’ll look like.

  • The contact list has to be exactly in the given format above. 

  • A few more pointers you need to look into are:-

    • The numbers should not have any special character in between.

    • The contact name and number should be uploaded correctly. No blank columns or rows should be left.

    • The file should have only names and numbers in plain text. No hyperlinks.
