Please follow the below steps if your calls get disconnected immediately:

Option 1:-

To fix the above problem first of all try switching the smart switch toggle. The switch is available on the top right corner of the dialer with A or B symbol. Please change the toggle from A to B or vice versa. Then try to make a call on the same number.

If switching from toggle A to toggle B or vice versa, it will change the telephony provider.



 Option 2:-

If the problem is not yet resolved, please log out from the dashboard and web dialer then clear the browsing history of the Chrome Browser for all the time. Please re-login to your account and web dialer then try to make a call.

Clear the browsing history:

Open settings in Google chrome.


In settings, go to Clear browsing data.



Now clear the data.


Option 3: Check your network speed. It should be a minimum of 1mbps.
