Option 1: Switch Smart Switch Toggle

Switch the toggle from A to B or vice versa, and try making the call again.
This will change the telephony routing, which may resolve the issue
Option 2: Clear Cache & Re-login
If switching the Smart Switch toggle does not work, try the following steps:
Log out from both the CallHippo dashboard and the web dialer.
-
Clear browsing data in Google Chrome:
Open Chrome Settings.
Navigate to Privacy & Security > Clear Browsing Data.
Select All time and clear the cache, cookies, and browsing history.
Restart Chrome and log back into CallHippo.
Try making the call again.
Option 3: Check Your Network Speed
Ensure you have a stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 1 Mbps.
