The number/user time zone defines the availability of the user or number. When you set the custom availability on the number/user, the system will place calls as per the availability in the particular time zone set from which that user belongs. The user will be able to see all the calls and reports as per his time zone.
Below are the simple steps to set the time zone for a given user:
- Log in to your CallHippo account.
- Go to the Users section.
Click on the settings icon of the user for whom you want to change the timezone.
- Click on the Availability section and then click on the edit button in front of the displayed Timezone
- Select the timezone from the drop-down box and then click on the SAVE button.
