Follow the steps given below to enable or disable the user availability from the web dialer:-


  • Login to your CallHippo Dialer.

  • Click on the menu option on the top left corner.

  •  Click on the Settings option.



  • Now enable or disable the toggle of User Availability as per your desire.

  • By disabling the toggle all your incoming calls will be redirected to voicemail given that your voicemail is switched on. By enabling the toggle you’ll be able to receive all your incoming calls
