Local Presence: Local Presence feature is when the number in your CallHippo dialer automatically switches according to the number you’re dialing. Ex. You have one UK and one USA number, when you dial to +1 number, it will automatically switch to your CallHippo USA number. When you dial to +44 number, it will automatically switch to your CallHippo UK number.
Smart Switch: CallHippo uses multiple providers to improve the call delivery and quality of the calls.
You can use the switch and change the provider in case you experience any distortion in the audio quality or in case the calls do not go through from one provider.
