Do No Call selection can be done by the admin/owner only for the account.
Step 1: Log into your CallHippo account https://web.callhippo.com/dashboard
Step 2: Once you log in, click on the "Setting" tab located on the left side panel and select “Do Not Call” option.
Step 3: To add the number in Do Not Call (Blocking list), click the plus icon.
Add the number that you want to block and select the appropriate option from the drop down to indicate the reason for blocking the number.
Definitions of the options given the dropdown:
Both:- It will be blocked for outgoing/Incoming calls
Outgoing:- The number will be blocked for Outgoing Calls
Incoming:- The number will be blocked for Incoming Calls
Once the above selection is done, click on the “Save” icon to update the number.
Additionally, users can also directly block the number from the dialer itself.
Step 1:Open the dialer, then go to All Calls/Inbox. Next, click on the specific number you want to block and select the > to open the options.
Step 2: Once you click on the ">” button, it will open the page with an option of DNC.
Step 3: By clicking on DNC, you will be able to see the three options. Choose the one option as per your requirement to block the number.
Step 3: After choosing the desired option a pop-up message will appear like below and the number will fall under the DNC list once you click on “YES”
To unblock a number:
Navigate to the CallHippo dashboard.
Access the Settings menu.
Select Do Not Call.
Locate the number you wish to unblock.
Click on the Delete icon to remove the number from the block list.
