Here are the steps to enable Compliance Call Recording - 

 

Step 1: Login to your account (web.callhippo.com)

 

Step 2: Go to the Settings on the left panel.

 

 

Step 3: Within Settings you just need to scroll down to find “Compliance Recording” as shown below.
