CallHippo provides the users a feature to schedule the calls that they want to make in the future. These scheduled calls can be viewed on your CallHippo account. You can see Call Reminder on both, the Web App as well as the CallHippo Dialer. Let’s look at them one by one.
Here’s how you can see the call reminder on the Web App. Follow the steps below to do so:-
Log in to your CallHippo Account.
Click on Call Planner
Now, you’ll be able to see two sections → Scheduled Calls & Completed Calls
The Scheduled Calls section shows the details of the upcoming calls which are scheduled. If a record is shown in red, it means that we have failed to make the call at the scheduled time. You also have the option to either call or delete the particular scheduled call. On pressing the call button you’ll be redirected to the dialer and the call will be initiated. On pressing the delete button that particular scheduled call will get deleted.
The Completed Calls section shows the details of all the scheduled calls which were successfully made.
Here’s how you can see the call reminder on the Dialer. Follow the steps below to do so :-
Login to the CallHippo Dialer.
Click on the Menu button on the top left corner.
Click on Call Planner.
Now you’ll be able to see the Scheduled Calls and Completed Calls section.
The Scheduled Calls section shows the details of the upcoming calls which are scheduled. If a record is shown in red, it means that we have failed to make the call at the scheduled time. You also have the option to Call, Delete or Re-schedule the scheduled call.
The Completed Calls section shows the details of all the scheduled calls which were successfully made.
