New users signing up with CallHippo must first purchase a plan—available on a monthly, quarterly, or yearly basis. Subscribing to a plan allows users to explore CallHippo's features and experience its full functionality.

CallHippo offers two plan options depending on the business use cases:

Steps to Purchase a Plan:

  1. When you’re account is not in trial:

  • Log in to your CallHippo dashboard.

  • Click on the Profile option.

  • Navigate to Plan & Billing to open the billing page.



  • In the Plan section, click the Upgrade button.



  • A pop-up will appear, allowing you to choose between OFS and CCS options.



  • Plans are available in three billing cycles: Monthly, Quarterly, and Annually.

  • Select your preferred plan and billing cycle.

  • Choose the required number of seats and complete the purchase.


  1. When you’re account is in trial:


  • Right on your dashboard, you'll see an "Upgrade Plan" button.



  • Clicking "Upgrade" takes you to the Plans & Billing screen. Here, you can choose the perfect plan for your needs. We offer two options:



  • You can also choose your preferred payment cycle (monthly or annually) and select your currency.



  • Select your preferred plan and billing cycle.

  • Choose the required number of seats and complete the purchase.
