Admin users can see live calls on the dashboard and if they want they can give module rights to the sub-users so that they can also check the live calls.
Live calls help to see Admin users that how many calls are ongoing at a time.
Filter in Live calls helps to select multiple users, teams, and both.
To apply a filter in the live calls section:
Login to the Callhippo dashboard. Live Calls option is marked in a rectangular box.
In Live Calls. You can click on the Filter icon.
Clicking on that filter icon will open the filter box where you can filter the users, teams, or both. Through this, you can check about users and teams who are on the live call list.
