There can be many scenarios which can lead to account blocking.
Scenario 1: If a user tries to login and enters the wrong password 3 times then your account will get blocked.
Solution: You will receive an email to your mail for unblocking of the account. Else you can mail to support@callhippo.com.
Scenario 2: If a user didn’t make a payment or payment due then your account will be blocked and you will be able to login but can only be able to view the Plan and Billing page.
Click on the Pay Now button to make the payment.
Solution: You need to make the payment and re-login the account to start using the services again.
Scenario 3: If a user login to callhippo and detects a highly suspected account, then the account will be temporarily blocked.
Solution: You have to submit the further documents, it will be verified by our account team.
Scenario 4: If a user does a transaction and we have found a highly suspected account, then the account will get blocked.
Solution: You have to submit the further documents, it will be verified by our account team.
