When to refer to this FAQ ?

  1. When FTD is on but incoming call is not getting forwarded to FTD number. 




Steps to Follow


  1. Check users have available credit or outgoing minutes available from chadmin by clicking on advantages.
    For FTD, it considers as an outgoing call so charges are applicable so if credit is less than 0 and no free outgoing minutes are there, then calls will not go to FTD.

 

 

  1. Make a test call on the ftd number and check if the number is valid.

  2. Check by decreasing the incoming ring time from number settings. 

 

  1. If still not getting calls on FTD then raise technical ticket with call samples
