Troubleshoot steps for incoming call issues.
If any specific user is unable to receive the incoming call kindly follow the steps below to troubleshoot:-
Please check the agent's availability and that the dialer is logged in.

To check User Availability login into Callhippo Dashboard >>User >>User Setting>>Availability
- To login to CallHippo Dialer Click on Sign in on Callhippo website >>Dialer
- If you are already logged in to Dashboard>> Click On open Dialer and you will be logged in the dialer
2. Please Check number is allocated to that agent or not?
- To check Number Allocation login in Callhippo Dashboard >>Number >> Number Setting>>Allocate Users / Teams >>Allocate user
3. Please check there are credits available in the account.
- To check Available credits Login into Callhippo Dashboard At the bottom left you can see the available credits make sure the credits are in positive numbers.
Please try to reconnect the internet or switch internet connections and try again
If all the above settings are proper, please re-login the dialer once and check
