To turn on Auto Answer for incoming calls, Kindly follow the below-mentioned steps


Step 1:

Login to CallHippo Dialer ->User Profile 




Step 2: Click on Setting >>Auto Answer Incoming Calls




Kindly Toggle on the Auto answer switch to activate Auto-answer


Once the Auto answer switch is toggled on the incoming call will be auto-answered, the agent does not need to pick up the call, he can directly start the conversation. This feature is very helpful when the agent is doing  Outbound calls using a power dialer or making any calls from CRM Telephony like Zoho PhoneBridge.


Please Note- Auto Answer works only for Power Dialer calls and CRM telephony.
