In your CallHippo account

1. log in to your CallHippo account.

2. Go to the left sidebar menu and click on Integrations.

3. Select Keap and click on Connect.

 



4. It will open a popup as given in the image below. Here click on Connect Now


 


 

5. In the next screen you will be redirected to the Keap account login page if not logged In and  if logged in then you will be redirected to allow application as below.

 

 

 

6. Once you login you will be redirected to the permission page. Here you need to click on Allow button to continue your Keap integration with CallHippo.

 

7. Once you click on the Allow button you will be redirected to the CallHippo app.

 

 

Hurray!!! You have now successfully integrated Keap with CallHippo. Integration status will shows “Integrated”, and the same will be updated via email.

 

 Features of Keap Integration:

 

  • All your Keap Integration contacts and companies will be synced with the CallHippo dialer as a contact.
  • Whenever you add/update/delete contact/company in Keap Integration, it will be synced with CallHippo.
  • Note get added if you made/receive call from/to  received from any of your Keap Integrations contacts/company in the CallHippo dialer.
  • You will also get SMS activity for any SMS sent or received from any of your Keap Integrations contacts in the CallHippo dialer.
  • Call and SMS activity will be displayed in the Keap contacts’s  notes section.

 

            

 

 Make sure In your Keap Integrations Account Task/Appt/Note Settings type Call and SMS is there if not there please add (following below steps ) to log calls and SMS Activity.
