It aids in the analysis of data for various campaigns and the measurement of sales agent productivity for various campaigns. You can measure team productivity also by choosing a team from the selection menu.
Login to the Callhippo dashboard -> Campaign Management.
Click on the Add Campaign button-
Now you have to enter the following details like you can select the users, teams and from which number you have to make calls. This will help you to understand which agent, or team has done how many calls within a given time period. If you want to track the multiple agents together then you can select the multiple agents and can track their calling performance.
After entering all the details you can click on the Add campaign button to start the campaign.
Click on the Filter icon to check the data as per the conditions and click on the Apply button to apply the filters.
