Steps to Create a Campaign:

Login to the CallHippo Dashboard

Navigate to the Users > Campaign Management section.



Add a New Campaign
Click on the Add Campaign button.


Enter the following details:


Add campaign name and description.

Select the users or teams.

Choose the phone number from which calls will be made.

Add the campaign start and end date.

This setup helps in tracking which agent or team has made how many calls within a given time period. If you need to track multiple agents together, select multiple agents to monitor their calling performance collectively.

Start the Campaign
After entering all the required details, click on the Add Campaign button to initiate the campaign.

Filter and Analyze Data
Click on the Filter icon.
Apply specific conditions to filter the data.
Click on the Apply button to view filtered results.
