First, you need to integrate the Callhippo with any tool. If your number is associated with the CRM/tool for the calling and SMS activity and you want it to be get deallocated or allocate, then follow the steps below-


There are two ways to do it-

Scenario 1-


Step 1: Login to the Callhippo -> Integrations -> Integrate with the tool.


Step 2: After an integration -> Click on the setting gear icon.



Step 3: In Integration Setting -> Connected Numbers.

From here you can select the numbers from which you want to log the Calls and SMS activity.




Scenario 2-

Step 1: Log in to the Callhippo Webapp -> Numbers  -> Numbers Setting icon



Step 2: Now go to the Integrated Tool and you can see whether your number is allocated to any of the integration or not. If it is allocated then you have to click on the integration name and then you can deallocate it, If you want to allocate the number to any particular integration which is integrated then you can select it from here.



Note: If you have only one number which is integrated with any tool then you cannot deallocate that number. As there is a requirement that at least one number should be there with the tool.
