You can assign SSO application rights to CallHippo users in Azure and they will have access to SSO in their application list.
That’s all, your users can now login to CallHippo Using Azure SSO.
Notes:
Once the CallHippo <> Azure Integration has been performed successfully, no sub-users will be allowed to perform manual login. Sub-users are required to login using the SSO. These restrictions applies for Web application, desktop application as well as mobile applications. Only the Owner and Admins gains the rights to perform both the type of login that is manual as well with SSO.
