The followings are the steps to perform for Freshwork Integration:

    Step 1. Log in to your Freshworks account.

    Step 2. Click on the profile icon on the top right corner and click on settings.

  Step 3. Now click on the API settings tab and verify the captcha. Note: Do not take the already available API key showing at the bottom of the screen.

Step 4. Now copy your API key and domain name from the below screen.




Step 5. Save both the API key and domain name at someplace. Example in URL - “https://callhippo.freshwork.io “. Here, CallHippo is the domain name.

The following are the steps to perform for CallHippo.com Integration:


    Step 1. Log in to your account and go to the integrations tab. Search for the Freshwork CRM and click on the "Connect" button.


Step 2. Upon clicking the Connect button, a pop-up will appear that will need the API key and Domain name collected from Freshwork CRM in the above steps. Click on Connect Now button.

Step 3. Now it should say Datasource is linked. Click on OK.

Step 4. Now click on next and you will be redirected to your CallHippo account and your status will be changed to Integrated

Step 5. You have successfully integrated your freshwork account with CallHippo.


Features of freshwork Integration - 

    1. All your contacts will be synced with Callhippo dialer. 

    2. Whenever you update a contact or add a new contact after integration. It will take 24 hours to sync with CallHippo dialer.

    3. You will get call activity for any call made to or received from any of your freshwork contacts in CallHippo dialer. You can also click on that call log in freshwork for detailed information.



- After Call Work activity reflects in Freshwork

If you have a plan with CallHippo's Call tags and disposition service and the same has been enabled, than the activity being pushed in Zoho CRM contains the tags and disposition data being added after the Call in the ACW screen. 


Note: This sync only when the same has been performed on the After Call Work screen, In case if tags and disposition have been added later on using the Call logs or other feed than the same wont sync in the Zoho CRM. 



    4. You will get SMS activity for any SMS sent or received from any of your freshwork contacts in CallHippo dialer.


Limitations of fresh sales integration - 

1. When you delete a contact from fresh sales after integration. It won’t be automatically deleted from CallHippo dialer. You have to delete it manually from CallHippo dialer. However if you won’t delete it from CallHippo dialer you still won’t get any call activity from that contact.



Enable Click to Call: 

Install the CallHippo Click-to-Call Chrome extension from the below link:

Once the click to call extension is installed it will appear in front of all numbers and as soon you click on the icon the call will be made.
