How owner can enable/disable the Blacklist feature right from their sub-users?

If you don’t want your users to block/unblock the incoming calls from the Webapp and Web dialer, then you can follow the below-mentioned steps-

Go to the Settings -> Access Module -> Feature Rights

From here you can enable/disable the rights for call blocking for the sub-users.
