Setup Kylas CRM Account:

1- Log in to your Kylas CRM account.     

2- Go to Settings and Move to integrations sections.

 


 3- Now click on the API Key tab and Copy API Key.

 

4 - Now log in to your CallHippo account and go to the integrations tab.

 

5 - Select Kylas CRM and click on Connect button..

 

 

6- Now Popup will open to enter API Key

7- Enter API key and click on “Connect Now” button 

Hurray!!! You have now successfully integrated Kylas CRM with CallHippo.  

Integration status shows “Integrated”. And once contact syncing is completed, we will update you by email.

 

   

Features provided with Kylas CRM integration:

  1. Your all-existing contacts and Leads (with at least one phone number) will be synced with CallHippo if click to call takes place.

  2. Whenever you update or add a new contact and lead, it will sync to CallHippo once you make click to call.

  3. When you create any new deal with the associated contact It will be synced with CallHippo when click to call is made.

  4. Whenever a call is made to Kylas CRM contact with CH dialer, then call log activity will be synced to your Kylas CRM call log page. If there is a new deal created for that contact, call activity will be shown on the call log detail page as well.



After Call Work activity reflects in the Kylas


If you have a plan with CallHippo's Call tags and disposition service and the same has been enabled, than the activity being pushed in Kylas contains the tags and disposition data being added after the Call in the ACW screen. 


Note: This sync only when the same has been performed on the After Call Work screen, In case if tags and disposition have been added later on using the Call logs or other feed than the same wont sync in the Kylas. 


  1. Whenever an SMS is sent to Kylas CRM contact with CH dialer then the SMS log will be synced to your Kylas CRM call log detail page.

Once click to call extension is installed it Callhippo icon will appear in front of number once you click that number call will get connected automatically.
