Setup Kylas CRM Account:

1- Log in to your Kylas CRM account.

2- Go to Settings and navigate to the Integrations section.


 3- Now click on the API Key tab and Copy API Key.


4 - Now log in to your CallHippo account and go to the integrations tab.

5 - Select Kylas CRM and click on Connect button.

6- A popup will open to enter the API Key.

7- Enter the API key and click the “Connect Now” button.


Hooray! You have now successfully integrated Kylas CRM with CallHippo. The integration status will show “Integrated.”

Features provided with Kylas CRM integration:

  1. All your existing contacts and leads (with at least one phone number) will be synced with CallHippo if click to call takes place.
  2. Whenever you update or add a new contact and lead, it will sync to CallHippo once you use click-to-call.
  3. When you create any new deal with the associated contact, it will be synced with CallHippo when click to call is made.

  4. Whenever a call is made to Kylas CRM contact with CH dialer, then call log activity will be synced to your Kylas CRM call log page. If there is a new deal created for that contact, call activity will be shown on the call log detail page as well.



After Call Work activity reflects in the Kylas:

If you have a plan with CallHippo's Call tags and disposition service and the same has been enabled, then the activity pushed to Kylas contains the tags and disposition data being added after the Call in the ACW screen. 


Note: This sync only when the same has been performed on the After Call Work screen, If tags and disposition have been added later using the Call Logs or other feed, then the same won't sync in Kylas.


  1. Whenever an SMS is sent to Kylas CRM contact with CH dialer then the SMS log will be synced to your Kylas CRM call log detail page.





Install the CallHippo Click-to-Call Chrome extension from the below link:

Once the click-to-call extension is installed, the CallHippo icon will appear in front of the number; once you click that number, the call will connect automatically.
