The Outgoing Call Report provides a country-wise summary of calls made by users each day. This report helps you analyze outbound call activity across different regions and users, offering a detailed view of call statuses.

When and Why to Use It

Use the Outgoing Call Report to monitor call activity by your team, measure call outcomes, and understand call distribution by country. This report is useful for:

  • Reviewing outbound call volume and performance

  • Identifying trends in call results (e.g., completed vs. failed)

  • Filtering specific users, countries, or time periods for detailed analysis

What It Shows

This report presents the following data points for each country where calls were made:

  • Country – Lists countries where outgoing calls were placed.

  • Completed – Total number of calls made by the user that were connected successfully.

  • Canceled Calls – Number of calls that were canceled.

  • Rejected Calls – Number of calls that were rejected.

  • No Answer – Number of calls not answered during Power Dialer calling.

  • Failed – Outgoing calls that did not connect to the receiver due to an issue at the receiver’s end.

  • Call Not Setup – Number of calls not connected due to various reasons (as explained in the info icon in the dashboard).

  • Total Calls – Total number of calls made by the user in each country.

All data is organized in a table format for easy review and export.


Steps to check the Outgoing Call Report:

1. Log in to your CallHippo dashboard.


2. Navigate to the ‘Reports’ section and then click on the ‘Outgoing Call Report’ option.



Filters and Export Options

You can filter the report using the following criteria:

  1. Select Country – Choose one or more countries where outgoing calls were made.

  2. Select User – Choose one or more users to view their outbound call activity.

  3. Select Date Range – Filter data based on a date range.

Note:

  • The maximum selectable date range is 30 days.

  • You can only view reports from the last 3 months directly on the dashboard.

  • For data older than 3 months, the report will be sent to your registered email address.

You can also download the report in Excel format with custom fields for offline analysis.
