The Outgoing call report gives the country-wise summary of calls made by the user in a day.
Country - It will show the names of the countries through which incoming calls were received.
Completed - Total number of calls made by the user completed/connected.
Canceled Calls - Total number of calls that got canceled.
Rejected calls – Total number of calls that got rejected.
No Answer - Number of calls that are not answered in Power dialer calling.
Failed- The outgoing call is not connected to the receiver, due to an issue at the receiver's end
Call not set up - Number of calls not connected due to various reasons (shown in i tag).
Total calls - Total number of calls made by the user in a particular country.
You can apply a filter to see the data of a particular date range and download the report in Excel format.
In the filter section, you have three options:
1. Select Country: You can select any country or number of countries in which outgoing calls were made.
2. Select User: You can select any user or number of users whose outgoing calls you want to check.
3. Select Date: You select a range for the data in date.
