If you are looking to activate your Salesforce integration with CallHippo, here are the steps you need to follow.
The customer should have one of the below edit subscriptions in order to integrate Salesforce with Callhippo:
Enterprise Edition
Unlimited Edition
Developer Edition
Performance Edition
Professional Edition (The API should be enabled. Salesforce do not provide it by default with this account type)
Steps to perform for CallHippo.com Integration:
Step 1: Log in to your Salesforce account .
Step 2: To copy your Salesforce domain, click on the profile icon at the top-right corner of the screen. A dropdown will appear—copy your domain as shown in the highlighted section of the image below.
Now, we need to integrate salesforce from callhippo. For that follow the below mentioned steps.
Step1. Log in CallHippo account
Step 2. Side menu > Integrations > Popular category > Salesforce.
Step 3. Click on the “Connect” button in Salesforce tab.
Step 4: A pop-up will be appear where you need to enter your salesforce domain and click on the “Connect Now” button.
Step 5: If the salesforce account is not logged in, it will take you to login page of salesforce. (If salesforce is already logged in another tab then it will directly take you to the step 6)
Step 6: After logging in it will ask for few access. Kindly allow it.
Step 7: Once the access is granted you will be re-directed to CallHippo integrations page.
Step 8: You can Configure your salesforce integration as per your requirement from the Integration settings.
Configuration tab functionalities:
1. Call Activities performed with a Salesforce Contact Reflected in your Salesforce Account.
If you have enabled this toggle, All the call activities that are performed on a Salesforce contact through CallHippo will reflect in Salesforce contact’s activity.
If this toggle is disabled then no calling activity will sync in the salesforce.
[Note: It takes 30 sec to 1min to sync the call activity from callhippo to salesforce.]
Contacts > Click on contact > activity
2. SMS Activities performed with a Salesforce Contact reflected in your Salesforce Account
If you have enabled this toggle, All the SMS activity will sync to the Salesforce contact’s Activity section.
3. Contacts added and updated in CallHippo will reflect in Salesforce
If you have enabled this toggle, then all contacts added in CallHippo will reflect in Salesforce.
Note: The old contacts which are available in callhippo before integrating salesforce will not be reflected in salesforce. Only the newly created contacts will be reflected in the salesforce.
4. Contacts added and updated in Salesforce should reflect in CallHippo
If this toggle is enabled then all the contacts added in Salesforce would reflect in CallHippo.
5. Leads would be created in Salesforce on selected call type for an unsaved contact
From this dropdown we can set for which type of calls a lead should be created in salesforce.
6. When a call is not matched to a Salesforce User, assign it to
Customer can select a default Salesforce user from the dropdown. If the CallHippo user is not found in Salesforce, then the call activity will be assigned to this default user.
- Dropdown will display all Salesforce sub-users, including their names and email IDs, fetched from the Salesforce side. By default the salesforce system administrator will be pre selected. As per your need you can select any of the salesforce sub user from the dropdown. Any update done to the subuser in salesforce will reflect in this dropdown.

Connected Numbers tab:
In this tab you can select or deselect the Numbers for which you want to sync the activity with salesforce. If a number is deselected it's activity will not be synced. All numbers associated with your account will be displayed here.
[Note: By default all numbers are selected]
After Call Work activity reflects in the Salesforce
If you have a plan with CallHippo's Call tags and disposition service and the same has been enabled, than the activity being pushed in salesforce will contain the tags and disposition data being added after the Call in the ACW screen.
Note: This data will only sync if it's entered on the ACW screen. If it is added later from the call logs, it will not sync to Salesforce.

Install the CallHippo Click-to-Call Chrome extension from the below link:

Once the click to call extension is installed it will appear in front of all numbers and as soon you click on the icon the call will be made.
