Steps to perform in the Salesloft Account: 

Step 1- Login to your Salesloft Account: 



Step 2- Go to accounts.salesloft.com and Click on "Your Application".



Step 3- Click on "Create New"


Step 4- Follow the steps given below to create an Application at Salesloft end: 


Step 5- Scroll down and click on save button 



Step 6- You have successfully created the Application for CallHippo.


Step 7- You need to copy the "Application-ID" and "Secret" for the CallHippo application. 




Steps to perform in the CallHippo Account: 

Step 1- Login to your CallHippo account.      


Step 2 - Now navigate to the integrations tab.

 

Step 3 - Select salesloft and click on the Connect button.


Step 4 - Now click the Connect Now Button for authorization of your account.

Enter the "Application-ID" and "Secret" copied from the Salesloft Account.



Hurray!!! You have now successfully integrated salesloft with CallHippo.  

Integration status shows “Integrated”.  

Now install CallHippo Click-to-Call extension.


Step 5 - Now goto salesloft dashboard and goto people Section


Step 6 - Now click to Callhippo extension for connect a call



Step 7 - Now click to CallHippo sms  extension to send sms.


Features provided with salesloft integration:

  1. Make calls to salesloft people and account from CRM itself click to call from salesloft.

  2. Send sms by to salesloft people and account from CRM itself click to sms from salesloft.

  3. Install CallHippo Click-to-Call extension to make calls and SMS.Once you call or send SMS to any contact using extension that contact will be automatically sync to CallHippo dialer.

  4. Track your agents calling and SMS activity in salesloft Dashboard.

  5. Make sure the checkbox for disposition and sentiments are not selected.


Step 8 - Whenever a call is made to CH dialer, then call log activity will be synced to your people activity section



Step 9 - Whenever an SMS is sent to Salesloft with a CallHippo dialer then the SMS log will be synced to your people activity section.
