Here we will learn the steps to integrate CallHippo with Amazon S3.



1. Firstly we need to log into the CallHippo account and go to the integrations section



2. Now search for Amazon S3 in the integrations section and click on "Connect".

 


4. Enter the required details such as Access Key ID, Secret Access Key, Region, and Bucket name, and click on "CONNECT NOW".


How to create a bucket?


1. Click on the "Create Bucket" button.


2. Give a name to your bucket. And keep Object Ownership to ACLs enable the setting.


3. Now Block Public Access for this bucket should be disabled and checkmark the acknowledge.


4. Keep Bucket version and Default encryption to default settings.


5. Keep Bucket Key and advance setting to default settings.


6. Now click on the create button, and the bucket will be created.

 


Steps to follow in S3:


Step 1: Take the name of the bucket you want to sync call activity.

Service>S3>Bucket list.



   

Step 2: Go to the IAM option and open the user.






Step 3: Select the security credential tab, scroll down to Access keys, and Generate/Create the access and secret access keys. 

             [Note: You need to create a new access key every time.]


Select the command line interface and click on Next button.

The next screen opens where you need to a random tag its optional. Click on the Create access key button.


Step 4: Go back to the S3 bucket copy the link from the URL for the region and paste it into the integration pop-up.

             [Note: You need to put the region of the bucket not the user both are different.]



Step 5: Fill all these things in the integration pop-up and click the Connect button.




Hurray!! You have successfully integrated your Amazon S3 account with CallHippo. Now you will be able to see Amazon S3 in My Integrations.


4. You can make calls through your CallHippo account via dialer to sync and check the call recordings in Amazon S3.




5. After the call, You can check the call recordings in your Amazon S3 account bucket.
