If you are looking to activate your Go Highlevel integration with CallHippo, here are the steps you need to follow.
Integration setup CallHippo account:
Step 1: Login to your CallHippo account.
Step 2: Go to the INTEGRATIONS tab and under CRM section you can be able to find GoHighLevel.
Step 3: Then click on the “Connect” button and it will open a pop up click Connect now button.
Step 4: It will take you to GoHighLevel account selection page. Here you can find all your sub accounts including the main agency account. The integration can be only done for sub accounts. Choose your Sub account from the drop-down and click on it.
You will be redirected to the CallHippo integration page, and the account will be integrated with GoHighLevel.
Yeah!!! you have succesfully integrated GoHighLevel with callhippo.
Also, Callhippo allowes to integrate multiple sub accounts. For that you have to goto the integration settings page.
Under settings option you will be able to find a option called add sub accounts. If you want to add more sub accounts then click on that button.
Again you will be redirected to the account selection page. Now select the desired sub account which you want to integrate and it will be integrated to callhippo. For each account you have to repeat the same step.
Under the settings tab you can see all the integrated sub accounts.
Keeping this toggle enabled the selected call status calls will be pushed into GoHighLevel.
If this toggle is enabled then all the activities for SMS will be sent into GoHighLevel.
From the connected numbers tab you can select for which phone numbers you want to get the activites. (By default all the numbers will be selected)
In your GoHighlevel sub-account, you can see all your contacts list in contacts.
GoHighlevel does not sync older contacts of GoHighlevel to the Callhippo and vice versa. But when a call is made from GoHighlevel using the click-to-call extension functionality, then that new contact will sync. to Callhippo automatically.
Once the contact is synced with callhippo then after the manually dialed outgoing calls and incoming calls on the connected number activities will be synced with GoHighLevel.
Call logs in Task
It logs connected incoming and outgoing calls as completed tasks.
And logs missed calls and voicemails as pending tasks.

Assignee column in Task List:
In order to get the assignee name under that highlighted column you need to follow the below shown steps.
Step -1 : From Agency dashboard view go to settings.
Step - 2: Now go to teams tab and select Add employee option.
Step - 3: Provide all the required informations. Give user the role and role type and assign sub accounts.
Step - 4: After providing all the informations save it and new employee will be added into the list.
Note:
1. In Email field provide the same Email ID as assigned to the user in Callhippo. The members callhippo email ID and the provided email ID should be the same one.
2. The sub accounts which will be added while adding the team member, in those sub accounts under "Task tab" whenever any activity for Calls and SMS will be received that will contain the assignee name.
3. And after adding team members GohighLevel needs to be reintegrated with callhippo once again.
4. Any callhippo user who is not added as a team member in GoHighLevel their activity will not contain any assignee name. It will show the option as "Assign task" Like shown below.
The assignee name can also be found under the specific contact. For that you need to go to contacts and inside smart lists click on any specific contact.
Inside that contact goto tasks.
