Please follow below steps to configure CallHippo telephony in your salesforce CRM.


Make sure you have active Saleforce integration with CallHippo app before telephony setup


  1. Logged in to your salesforce account and got to the Setup -> search Call center in left side menu -> Click on call center


  1. Go to the CallHippo -> Integrations -> Salesforce -> Telephony Tab. not select the Salesforce theme and download the configuration file.


  1. Import the XML configuration file to your salesforce Call Center.

  2. Once you successfully import the file there will be a call center entry added in the list. Click on the name of the call center.


  1. On the call center detail page please confirm all details as given in the image below. And then click on the Manage Call Center Users button.


  1. On the manage users screen click on Add More User button. In the next screen you need to select your Salesforce  users to whom you want to provide telephony access. And then click on the Add to Call Center button. 


  1. Now got to the Call Center -> Softphone Layouts -> click on New button

  2. In the Softphone Layout page do change settings as given in below images. And save the settings.


  1. Your call center setup is done. You can enable telephony features in your desired module i..e Sales, Service console etc.

  2. To enable call center got to the App manager -> Select your app i.e. Sales Console -> Click in edit menu

  1. Into the app setting page -> select Utility Items from the left side menu -> Click on add Utility button -> search for Softphone -> click on Open CTI softphone.


  1. It will add a Phone option in your Sales Console utility menu. 

  2. You can enable CallHippo CTI


Your salesforce CTI setup is done. 


You can navigate to your Sales app to make and receive calls using CallHippo without leaving your salesforce CRM.
