Smart DID Routing is an algorithm created to auto-switch "From Number" on the basis of calls completion ratio in "Calling To Country".
The algorithm will check your "Calling To Country" number, available countries numbers in your account and will redirect the call from the number with the best call connectivity ratio in the "Calling To Country".
You will find Smart DID Routing in the Settings module.
Smart DID Routing is available in Enterprise Plan.
How to enable Smart DID Routing?
1. Login to CallHippo Dashboard and go to settings module.
2. In Settings module list, you can see Smart DID Routing.
3. Enable the toggle to use SMART DID Routing.
