A website callback button, also known as a "call back" or "request a call" button, is a feature on a website that lets visitors ask for a call from the company or website owner.
It's a way for users to leave their contact details and request a call from the company, typically for sales or support.
Here's how it usually works:
The visitor clicks the callback button.
They fill out a form with their name, phone number, and sometimes more details.
The request is sent to the company's system or support team.
A representative calls the visitor at the agreed time or soon after, depending on the company's policies.
