A website callback button, often referred to as a "call back" or "request a call" button, is a web interface element placed on a website to allow visitors to request a callback from a company or website owner.

It's a form of online communication that enables website users to provide their contact information and request that a representative from the website or company contacts them at a convenient time. This callback can be for various purposes, such as sales inquiries, customer support, or any other assistance the visitor may need.

The typical process for a website callback button involves the following steps:

  1. The website visitor clicks on the callback button or link.
  2. The visitor is usually presented with a form where they can enter their name, phone number, and sometimes additional information.
  3. Once the form is submitted, the website's system or a customer support representative receives the request.
  4. A representative then contacts the visitor at the provided phone number at the scheduled time or as soon as possible, depending on the company's response time.
