The "Restrict Incoming Calls" is a new functionality in the CallHippo user settings that, when enabled, prevents the user from receiving any incoming calls on all their devices.
You can find the "Restrict Incoming Calls" toggle under the User Settings in CallHippo. It is located below the Availability module in the sidebar.
Open the CallHippo WebApp:
Go to the User List Under the Users & Performance:
In the User Settings: The option to Restrict Incoming Calls will be Found:
When the "Restrict Incoming Calls" toggle is enabled:
- The user will not receive any incoming calls.
- No incoming calls will be served to any device (web, mobile, or desktop) of the user.
- The user will still receive auto dialer calls, transfer calls, and extension calls.
- The Forward to Device (F-T-D) feature in user settings becomes ineffective as no incoming calls are allowed.
When the "Restrict Incoming Calls" toggle is disabled:
- The incoming calls will be received normally based on the set availability.
