In case, you encounter the below error it means that your account is blocked due to an incorrect password.
To resolve this issue, you have two options: either use the Magic Link or unblock the account using the link received in your email.
Step: 1 Click on the link to unblock your account instantly. Once you click the link, your account will be unblocked, and you'll be prompted to enter your email address and the correct password.
Step:2 You can go to login page and click on “Magic Link” to login to your account.
Step 3:- As soon as you click on the Magic Link, you will be prompted to enter your email address, where you will receive the login link.
Step 4: Once you receive the link in your email, click it to log in to your account.
Note :- You will only able to access Magic link for 48 hours.
