This feature lets you display a specific number on the recipient's end when you make a call, instead of your CallHippo number. This is a great way to increase call answer rates and build brand recognition.
The Custom Caller ID feature allows you to display a different number at the receiver's end.
Step 1: Log in to your CallHippo Dashboard: Head over to https://web.callhippo.com/dashboard.
Step 2: Access Your Numbers: Click on "Number and DID" in the left-hand sidebar. Under "Number and DID," select "Numbers".
Step 3: Choose the Number: Locate the specific number you want to assign a custom caller ID to and click the "Settings" icon next to it.
Step 4: Enable Custom Caller ID: In the number settings, navigate to the "Number Details" section and activate the toggle for "Custom Caller ID".
